Health for Happy Zoomers

Garry Ford discusses the main reason why Zoomers (Boomers and older with zest) may not have all the ZEST they would like. A brief description of how our bodies work as we age, the process of disease, and how to gain zest and energy as well as good health will be covered. There will be an in-depth look at 5 of the major causes of senior’s health issues, and natural ways to deal with them.
Our guest presenter for the session will be Garry Ford B.Ed, P.Mgr, NHC, who has been involved in the natural health industry since 1993. He has served as the Vice President of one major nutritional supplement company and the CEO of the Canadian subsidiary of another. Garry is a Zoomer himself and practises what he teaches.
